Founded in 1995, G & G Optical Laboratory serves Orland Park, IL, and the greater surrounding area as a trusted eye care center specializing in expert glasses repair. We also offer a wide selection of eyeglass lenses, frames, bifocal eyeglasses, industrial eyewear, and custom frames. Our on-site optician and in-house lens fabrication ensure fast, high-quality service. Veteran discounts are available. Eric is an Optical WIZARD!! After inadvertently falling asleep with my glasses on, the right temple looked like Cam Skattebo's gruesome foot injury, and I feared the worst. I took them to Costco to see if this particular frame could be ordered and/or repaired, as they've tightened a screw for me in the past. No luck, damaged spring, hinge, they were toast! My wife really likes these frames so I decided I would do a quick google search to see if I could find them anywhere. Then I decided to type "eyeglass frame repair near me" and VOILA! G&G Optical was less than 10 minutes away and boasted stellar reviews! I brought them in this morning expecting to drop them off. Eric looked at them, said they wouldn't be 100% but to give him a minute as he went to the back. He emerged a few minutes later with my glasses better than ever!! When I asked what I owe, he responded with "no charge"...unreal! Hopefully, this review helps many other make the right decision to go and see him for all your eyewear needs! I plan to donate some older frames so he can use them to save the day for someone else...like YOU!!
